2) Start your Mac, and insert the CD immediately.

3) Press and hold down the "C" Key on the keyboard

4) When you see "Welcome to Macintosh" on the screen, release the "C" Key.

5) After a few moments, you will see the desktop. The CD icon should be the upper right corner for the desktop. If not, go back to step 1) and try again.

6) Double click the CD and locate the icon in the window called Mac OS Install or System Install and double click it

7) Click through the windows until you get to the window that says "Choose a disk to install software on"

8) In the lower left corner of the window there is a button that says "Option". Click it

9) Check the box that says "Perform Clean Installation" and then click OK.

10) Click on the button that says "Select" and continue on with the installation

11) After the install is done, restart and you will be done.
